Dues collection
Dues collection is available on League Pro and Course plans.
How it works
Your league connects its own Stripe Connect Express account. Golfers pay dues, side-game buy-ins and banquet fees by card or Apple Pay. The money goes to your league's Stripe account. Gimme never holds it.
Fees
Gimme charges a platform fee of 0.5% of each payment, on top of Stripe's processing fees. Stripe's fees are set by Stripe and shown when you connect. The fee is disclosed to the commissioner before you turn dues on.
Set it up
- Connect Stripe from your league's dues settings and complete Stripe's short verification. Stripe asks for details about the person or business receiving the money.
- Create charges: season dues, weekly buy-ins, banquet fees.
- Golfers get a link, pay in under a minute.
- Your dashboard shows dues outstanding. Send a reminder with one click.
Not on a Pro plan?
You can still track who has paid by hand in the pot ledger and mark payments as cash or check.
Refunds and disputes
Refunds and disputes for dues are handled through your Stripe account. Gimme is not a party to the payments between your league and its golfers. See Terms of Service.
