Add golfers
There is no per-golfer fee, so add everyone. Unlimited golfers on every plan.
Three ways to add golfers
- Paste a list. Names, and emails or phone numbers if you have them, one per line.
- Upload a spreadsheet. Any layout. Gimme maps your columns for you and shows what it found before you confirm.
- Share the invite link or QR code. Golfers join themselves and enter their own details. Drop it in the group text or tape the QR code up at the course.
Look for the invite options in your league's golfer list.
What golfers can do
Once in, golfers see their next round, tee time, opponent, their strokes on each hole, last week's results, their league handicap trend, and the full standings. They can request a sub, mark "can't make it," and update their own profile. No ads, ever.
Starting handicaps for new golfers
You choose a rule for new golfers: use the first round score, use a provided number, or apply a league maximum until 3 rounds are posted. See League handicaps explained.
Juniors
Accounts are for people 13 and older. A commissioner can add a junior player as a name only, with no login, and store a parent or guardian contact. Make sure you have the parent or guardian's permission.
Phone numbers and texts
Texting needs each golfer's consent. Golfers opt in themselves. See the SMS Terms.
Removing or editing a golfer
Open the golfer from your league's golfer list to edit, deactivate or remove them. Past scores stay in the league history unless you remove them.
