Switching golf league software should not mean retyping the roster. Gimme’s migration kit imports players, past scores and handicaps from a spreadsheet, a generic CSV or an export from other league software, so a league can switch in a day and keep its history. The import is done for you on every paid plan.

What comes over
Players, past scores and handicaps come over, so the league keeps its history instead of starting from zero. A league that has used a spreadsheet for years can upload the sheet as it is.

Done for you
The commissioner uploads whatever they have and we do the import, then email when it is done. It is free on every paid plan. Nothing is final until the commissioner has looked at the result.
And you can leave
Export your data any time, including rosters, scores, standings and money records. Moving in should never mean you cannot move out.
Questions
How long does a switch take?
The aim is one day: export, upload, confirm the columns, check the handicaps and invite the golfers. A league with a clean spreadsheet can be done in an afternoon.
Do I need a special spreadsheet layout?
No. Gimme proposes which column is which and you confirm it.
Which other software can I import from?
Spreadsheets and generic CSV files are supported by the migration kit. We are also building importers for exports from GolfSoftware League Manager, Golf League Network and Golf League Tracker, and we confirm each one when it opens.
Do I keep my past scores and handicaps?
Yes. Players, past scores and handicaps come over so league handicaps start from real rounds.
