Data Processing Summary

This summary describes how Hive Asset Group, LLC ("Gimme") handles personal data on behalf of leagues that use the Service. It is a plain-language summary. A signed Data Processing Addendum is available on request at privacy@gimmeleague.com.
Roles
- The league (commissioner) decides what golfer information to put into Gimme and why. For that data, the commissioner is the controller (or business) and Gimme is the processor (or service provider).
- Gimme acts as its own controller for account, billing, security and product analytics data.
What we process for you
Golfer names, emails, phone numbers (optional), scores, handicap data, schedules, side-game and dues records, messages, and, for juniors, names and a parent or guardian contact. No accounts are created for anyone under 13.
What we do and do not do
- Process data only to provide the Service and follow your documented instructions (using the app, exports, deletion).
- Keep league data separated from other leagues with row-level access controls.
- Require anyone with access to it at Gimme to keep it confidential.
- Not sell it, and not use league data for advertising.
- Help you answer access, export and deletion requests. Export and account deletion are self-serve.
- Tell you without undue delay if we confirm a breach of your league's personal data.
- Delete or return your data after your account ends (see the Privacy Policy for timing).
