This policy explains how Hive Asset Group, LLC ("Gimme") uses cookies and similar storage on gimmeleague.com and the Gimme app.
The short version
We use the cookies we need to keep you logged in and the app working. Analytics are off until you say yes. We do not use advertising cookies.
Categories
Strictly necessary (always on). Keeps you signed in, protects against forgery, remembers your cookie choice, and stores scores on your device so the app works offline on the course. Without these the Service will not work. Provider: Supabase (login), Netlify (hosting), and Gimme itself.
Analytics (off until you accept). PostHog helps us see which pages and features get used so we can fix what is confusing. If you decline, we do not load it.
Error monitoring. Sentry records technical errors so we can fix them. It collects technical details such as browser and page, not the content of your scores or messages.
Payments. When you pay, Stripe sets cookies on its own pages and fields to prevent fraud and process the payment.
Advertising. None.
Local storage and the offline app
The scoring app stores your in-progress scorecard in your browser's local storage (and a service worker cache) so it keeps working without signal and syncs later. Clearing site data before a sync finishes can lose unsynced scores, so let the app finish syncing first.
Your choices
- Use the cookie banner or the "Cookie settings" link in the footer to change your choice at any time.
- Your browser can block or delete cookies. Blocking necessary cookies will break login and scoring.
- We honor the Global Privacy Control signal as an opt-out of analytics.
