Create a league
You can create a league in two ways. Both end up in the same place, and you can change almost everything later from your league settings.
Option 1: Describe your league
Type a plain description, for example: "Thursday couples league, 9 holes alternating front and back, 12 teams, best ball, starts May 2." Gimme turns it into a draft setup. You always see a confirm screen before anything is saved.
Option 2: The guided wizard
You will be asked for:
- League name.
- Day and time.
- Course (search the list) and tees.
- Nine: front, back or alternating.
- Season start and end dates.
- Format: individual or team, and the scoring format. See Formats overview.
- Handicap method: A, B or C. See League handicaps explained.
- Number of golfers.
Confirm your course and tees
Gimme asks you to confirm the course rating, slope, par, and each hole's par, yardage and stroke index from the course scorecard. You can type them in or take a photo of the scorecard and let the AI assist read it. You review and correct it before saving. For 9-hole play, strokes are allocated by ranking that nine's holes by their 18-hole stroke index.
After setup

League handicaps are for league play. Official handicaps come from your club or golf association.
