Gimme builds a round robin golf league schedule for 4 to 32 teams or golfers, with byes handled, front and back nines balanced and tee times spread fairly. When a week is rained out, one action shifts, cancels or moves the schedule and tells everyone.

A fair season from one set of choices
Pick the number of teams, the number of weeks, the nines and the tee time slots. The circle method makes every team play every other team once per cycle. Odd counts get a bye marker, so every team sits out exactly one week.

Nines and tee times, balanced
Leagues that alternate nines get the whole league on one nine each week. Leagues that split put each match on a nine and balance how often every team plays each. Tee time slots are assigned to minimize the same team getting the early or late slot over and over.

Rain-outs without the phone tree
A rained-out week can be replayed next week with later weeks moved back, canceled, or moved to a make-up week before the position rounds. The commissioner picks, and golfers are told by email, with text and push on League Pro.

How many teams can the scheduler handle?

What happens with an odd number of teams?
The scheduler adds a bye marker, so every team sits out exactly one week per cycle.
Can we run a shotgun start?
Tee times and shotgun starts are part of the plan for the league setup. Pre-launch, the free generator covers tee time slots for the weekly matches.
Can I edit the schedule by hand?
Pairings can be edited, and the scheduler warns about conflicts like a double booking or a repeat pairing.
Does a rain-out change the standings?
A canceled week posts nothing, so handicaps and standings do not move. A replayed week counts when it is played.
